针灸防治2型糖尿病的研究概况

摘要

The paper presents the generally clinical research about preventing and treating of type2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) with acupuncture therapies in recent 10 years, which shows the clinical characteristics and superiority on preventing and treating this disease with acupuncture. From the summary and analysis of dialectical treatment, selection meridians and acupoints, and therapeutic methods, this paper reveals the superiority of acupuncture with various therapies and definite effect, and the function of improving glucose and lipid metabolism and enhancing insulin secretion. With above analysis, a clinical thought is further proposed called stages treatment. It is suggested to decrease the incidence and progression of diabetes and increase clinical efficacy by improving the effectiveness of acupuncture in T2 DM.%本文旨在体现近10年来针灸防治2型糖尿病的临床研究概况,反映针灸防治糖尿病的临床特色及优势.从针灸辨证论治、选经取穴特点及疗法特色三方面总结分析,揭示了针灸防治糖尿病具有疗法多样、疗效肯定的优势,和良性调节糖脂代谢、改善胰岛素分泌的作用.进一步提出了针灸宜分期论治,灵活运用各特色疗法,以提高临床疗效,减少糖尿病发病发展.
