冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中医证候要素与现代化指标相关性的探讨

摘要

Based on the theory of evidence-based medicine, through the relrospeclive research, this paper summarized the reports aboul TCM symplomalology of the coronary heart disease( CHD) in recenl years. It discussed the relationship belween TCM syndrome elements, as blood slasis, phlegm turbidily, Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency, Yin deficiency, inner heal, blood deficiency, qi slagnalion, and modern medical objective indicators of CHD, which will provide preliminary theoretical basis for the differentiations of TCM of CHD, making it for standardization and objeclificalion. This paper further puts forward suggestions, that the modern research of TCM syndrome of CHD should be based on the existing, bring in the thinking and method of systems biology, and through researches which are more novel, deeper and comprehensive, then find objective indicators with higher specificity, to make the research more objective and standard. On that basis, the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of CHD will be more legitimate, finally we can clarify the dialectical nature, and provide powerful basis for the treatment of the disease.%本文在循证医学理论的指导下,通过回顾性研究方法,对近年来有关冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)中医证候学的相关报道进行总结,探讨了冠心病中医证候要素血瘀、痰浊、气虚、阳虚、阴虚、内热、血虚、气滞与现代医学客观指标之间的相关性,为冠心病中医辨证论治标准化、疗效评价客观化提供初步理论基础,进一步提出现代冠心病中医证候研究应该在现有基础上,引入系统生物学的思路和方法,通过更新颖、更深层次以及更加具有综合性的研究,寻找到特异性更强的现代化客观指标,将之定量化、标准化,使冠心病的中医辨证论治更加有理有据,最终阐明其辨证本质,为疾病的治疗提供有力依据.
