Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treating patients with acute cardiac pulmo-nary edema by using Puerarin Injection with noninvasive ventilation therapy. Methods 62 patients with cardiac pulmonary edema were randomly divided into two groups: the control group, with 32 cases and treatment group with 30 cases. Two groups were given comprehensive treatment, such as diuretic, expan-ding blood vessels, strengthening heart, correcting electrolyte disorder and so on, the control group was given oxygen treatment. , Based on the above treatment, the treatment group was given Puerarin Injection 0. 4 g intravenous drip with noninvasive ventilator assisted ventilation therapy. The course of treatment was 10 days. Results (1) The patients in the two groups were given evaluation of clinical curative effect after 10 days of treatment. The total effective rate was 87. 5%, and the total effectiveness of control group was 56. 6%. The clinical effect of treatment group is better, and through theχ2 test, P< 0. 05, the difference was of statistic significance. (2) the heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory frequency, arterial blood and qi, cardiac index, ejection fraction and left ventricular diameter of the two groups before and after treatment were both improved (P<0. 05), the treatment group was improved more significantly (P< 0. 01). Con-clusion Puerarin Injection joint noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute cardiac pul-monary edema patients curative effect affirmation.%目的：评价葛根素注射液治疗联合无创通气急性心源性肺水肿患者的临床疗效。方法将62例心源性肺水肿患者随机分为对照组30例、治疗组32例。两组均给以利尿、扩血管、强心、纠正电解质紊乱等综合治疗,并给予无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用葛根素注射液0．4 g静脉输液,疗程为10天。结果(1)两组患者治疗10天后进行临床疗效评价,治疗组总有效率为87．5%,对照组总有效率56．6%。治疗组临床疗效较好,经χ2检验, P<0．05,差异有显著性。(2)两组治疗前后心率、血压、呼吸频率、动脉血气、心脏指数、射血分数及左室内径均有改善(P<0．05),治疗组改善更为显著(P<0．01)。结论葛根素注射液联合无创机械通气治疗急性心源性肺水肿患者疗效确切肯定。
