The paper studies the situation of agriculture in American, especiclly the rice industry. The paper analyzes the science and technology for high efficient production and high quality products, the comprehensive development and utilization of agriculture for increasing rural income, the type of product for market exploitation, the agricultural cooperative organizations for maximizing product sales profit based on market analysis.
