“三旧”改造工作是国土资源管理中的一项非常有意义的工作，不仅有利于节约集约用地、优化土地资源配置，也有利于促进产业结构调整升级，转变经济发展方式。“三旧”改造是国土资源部给予广东“建设节约集约用地试点示范省”的创新政策，是广东特色的内涵挖潜式高效用地新路。基于SuperMap“三旧”改造标图建库结合工作实际，为“三旧”改造整个项目的实施提供了数据基础，通过在SuperMap中建立“三旧”改造地块数据库，从而实现了以图管地和有效监控，全面掌握“三旧”改造用地的总体情况和实施改造工作动态。%The"three old"reconstruction is very significant in land and resources management , which can do help not only to improve land-use efficiency and the allocation of land resources , but also to the readjustment and promotion of industrial structures and trans-formation of the economic development patterns .Therefore, the "three old"reconstruction was provided by the Ministry of Land and Resources as an innovative policy for Guangdong to create a flag example of the intensive land utilization , which is a new way for high-ly efficient land using with Guangdong Characteristics .In this paper , Map-spot plotting and Database Construction for the "Three Old"Reconstruction using SuperMap is based on the actual work , and will provide basically datasets for the implementation of the en-tire reconstruction project .And then, the overall situation of land use of the "three old"reconstruction and the general trends in the implementation of such reconstruction can be fully grasped by constructing map -spot database of the "three old"reconstruction in Su-perMap.
