氧化镝纳米粉体材料的制备

         

摘要

以DyCl3为原料,以Na2 CO3为添加剂,聚乙二醇-400为分散剂,首先制备出晶粒细小的碳酸镝前驱体。在800℃焙烧1 h后制得Dy2 O3纳米粉体材料,经XRD和TEM检测,粒径为20 nm,粒度均匀。%Dysprosium oxide nanopowders were prepared by roasting Dy 2 ( CO3 ) 3 precursor synthesized with very fine crystal-line gain by using DyCl3 and Na2CO3, then the precursor was roasted at 800℃for 1h.The obtained sample’s microstruc-ture was determined by XRD and TEM analysis .The results show the diameter of the particles is in a very narrow dimen-sional rang of 10 nm.
