Reasons why alignment in cooling bed is hard to achieve during bar production are analyzed , combined with field realit.Corresponding measures which can meet the requirements of production process are also formulated to improve the fixed length ratio and the yield ratio , meeting the requirement in production .%结合现场实际，分析了棒材生产过程中冷床对齐难的原因，制定改进措施，满足了生产工艺需求，提高产品的定尺率、成材率。
