Original cooling water tubes in the fan-shaped section of the steel slab continuous caster in the steel-marking plant of Xinjiang Bayi iron&steel Co .frequently leaked after a period of service , causing an increase in the slab casting quality and significant increase of the maintenance cost .Following technical modification is made so as to greatly reduce the maintenance cost and ensure the quality of the casting .%宝钢集团新疆八一钢铁股份炼钢厂板坯连铸机扇形段辊子冷却水管路在线使用一段时间后发生频繁漏水，造成板坯铸坯质量的增加以及维修成本的大幅增加。通过以下的技术改型从而大幅降低维修成本并确保铸坯的质量。
