浅谈碱负荷对酒钢高炉指标影响及降低碱负荷措施

摘要

受资源限制，长期以来酒钢高炉碱、锌负荷均维持在较高水平。高炉碱、锌负荷升高后，各高炉均不同程度表现出指标变差、风口破损增多、更换风口时锌金属流出、炉喉钢砖及煤气上升管结瘤等现象。%Base load and zinc loads have long been maintained at a high level in JISCO constrained by resources .When these two factors increases , the blast furnaces show poor performance in different degrees such as deteriorated blast furnace indicators , increased damaged tuyere , zinc metal outflow during period of tuyere replacement , steel slabs in throat and nod-ulation in steel bricks of furnace throat and ascension pipe and so on .
