块状含铜锌黄铁矿降低精矿含锌方法探究

摘要

Under the condition of without changing the existing production technology, according to the existing process conditions, in this paper, the block containing baiyin company preferred to choose copper and zinc and copper zinc pyrite directly choose two copper abandoned zinc ore dressing technology advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, choose a better solution for production practice.Through production practice, this paper respectively on priority to choose copper and zinc and copper directly put two zinc ore dressing technology for industrial test, through the test and technical analysis, choose the feasible beneficiation process, improve the concentrate grade of copper concentrate, at the same time, reduce the content of zinc in copper concentrate, make the product quality meets the requirements, maximize the production effi-ciency.%在不改变现有生产工艺条件下，按照现有工艺条件，对白银公司块状含铜锌黄铁矿优先选铜再选锌和直接选铜弃锌两种选矿工艺优劣进行对比分析，选择较优方案进行生产实践。本文通过生产实践，分别对优先选铜再选锌和直接选铜弃锌两种选矿工艺进行工业试验，通过试验和技术分析，选择了切实可行的选矿工艺，提高了铜精矿精矿品位，同时又降低铜精矿中锌元素含量，使产品质量符合要求，使生产效益最大化。
