目的：分析后路内固定融合术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析2012年5月至2013年8月我院治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的160名患者，根据治疗方法分成两组，观察组80例行后路内固定融合术，对照组80例行前路内固定融合术，对比两组手术指标、ASIA神经分级、术前术后cobb变化情况。结果：观察组术中出血量、手术时间、伤口长度、住院时间及ASIA分级均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组术后cobb角均得到矫正，但观察组改善幅度大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：后路内固定融合术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折创伤小、安全性好、疗效显著，值得推广。%Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of posterior fixation and fusion treatment for thoracolumbar fractures patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis from May 2012 to Aug 2013 in our hospital,160 thoracolumbar fractures patients were divided into the observation group(80 cases) and the control group(80 cases) . Observation group was given posterior fusion and fixation,the control group was given former routine the road fixation and fusion in which surgical indicators,ASIA nerve grading,cobb preoperative and postoperative changes were compared. Results: Blood loss,operative time,wound length,length of stay and ASIA grade in the observation group were superior to the control group in which the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). Postoperative cobb angles have been corrected in two groups , but the improvement of magnitude in the observation group were greater than that of the control group in which the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Posterior fixation and fusion treatment for thoracolumbar fracture trauma patients is safety,significant efficacy,and is worthy of promotion.
