采用实验法、录像分析法、数理统计法,对我国百米小将莫有雪、亚洲百米记录保持者苏炳添和百米世界纪录保持者博尔特的100米技术进行特征比较分析.结果表明:莫有雪的百米后程发力不足,后程的摆臂幅度不足,支撑腿角度不够合理,摆动腿的折叠意识不够,腾空技术欠缺,体重偏低,下肢力量和核心力量不足.通过实验,莫有雪的体重有上升的趋势,下肢力量和核心力量等体能得的适当的提高以及技术得到良好的改善,以致后面的百米技术的完善提供良好的基础.%Using the experimental method, video analysis, mathematical statistics, the 100 meters teenager Mo Youxue, Asia 100 meters record holder Su Bing Tim and 100 meters world record holder Bolt 100 meters technology characteristics of comparative analysis.The results show that: Mo has 100 meters after the lack of force, the process of swing arm amplitude is insufficient, support the legs angle is not reasonable, swing leg folding consciousness is not enough vacant technology lack of low weight, lower limb strength and core strength.Through the experiment, Mo has a snow weight has increased the trend, lower limb strength and core strength and other physical fitness can be properly improved and the technology has been improved, so that the back of the 100 meters to improve the technology to provide a good foundation.
