The paper has historically reviewed the development and practice of multi-storied agriculture in Fujian. Based on the new challenges faced, it has been suggested in the paper that the innovation in strategies and techniques of development are essential and urgent for modern multi-storied agriculture to achieve the practical model in the light of local conditions. Innovational techniques in recyclable agriculture, low-carbon agriculture, green agriculture, facility agriculture and precision agriculture are the key of optimizations to establish a comprehensive multi-storied agriculture system in Fujian as well as southern region in China.%回顾总结立体农业发展历程及其实践,分析福建现代立体农业发展面临的新挑战,提出现代立体农业研究必须开拓创新的战略构想与技术对策,指出要围绕现代立体农业展开更加广泛、深入的研究,因地制宜地提出实用模式与配套技术,以求拓展研究领域,结合循环农业、低碳农业、绿色农业、设施农业、精确农业等方面技术研究新突破,优化集成合理配置,优势互补,着力创新种养加复合体系,提高整体协调度与高效利用率,为福建省乃至南方区域现代立体农业可持续发展提供更多更有价值的研究成果.
