转基因741杨对节肢动物群落结构的影响

     

摘要

运用群落的组成结构、时间结构和营养结构3个方面,系统阐述分析转基因741杨对节肢动物群落结构的影响。研究表明,组成结构上,高抗 Pb29和CK节肢动物群落主要组成类群均是鞘翅目、鳞翅目、同翅目、蜘蛛目、膜翅目;营养结构中,与CK相比高抗Pb29节肢动物群落中顶位物种中寄生性天敌数量下降其他则无显著变化,中位物种比例上升,基位物种个体数量下降,主要为食叶害虫中目标害虫的减少,功能团组成类似;时间结构中,高抗Pb29和CK节肢动物群落的物种丰富度和个体数量变化相似;功能团和各个营养层的物种数和个体数均表现出了相近的变化规律。%The arthropod community of transgenic 741 poplar was analyzed from three aspects of community structure ,temporal structure and nutritional structure. The results show that :on compositive structure , main compositive groups of the community structure were Coleoptera 、 LepidopteraAraneae , Homoptera and Hymenoptera in Pb29 and CK ;On nutrition strcture ,function groups on every nutrition level were similar between Pb29 and CK , but in Pb29 leaf -eating pest on bascal species largely decreased , the rate of intermediate species increase , top species have no obviously changing ;on temporal structure , numbers of individual and species of Lepidoptera in Pb29 and CK has similarly changing tendency , function groups and every nutritionalasses with individual numbers and species , there have similarly changing tendency .
