In this study, introduced the procedure of low temperature sensitive and genic sterile line SE152S crossing with the strong combining ability and wide adaptability zhenshan97, and the generations of which composite cross with large-panicled genie sterile line S02073. To isolate and screen the sterile plants, all the generations were planted in the area with high altitude. Then these sterile lines were recurrent selected and generation- added in different place, Finally, Minkel07S was developed, and it showed stable fertility. The study showed that Minkel07S can delete photosensitively and has a good appli- cation prospect in hybrid rice combination.%选用水稻低温敏核不育系SE152S与配合力高、适应性广的珍汕97杂交,F1代与大穗型、植株形态优良的核不育材料S02073复交,其后代置于高海拔生态环境分离筛选稳定的不育株,经过多年异地轮回选育、穿梭育种,育成植株形态优良、不育性稳定的闽科107S。研究表明:用该不育系配组杂交稻能够消除感光性,制种产量高,具有较好的应用前景。
