农业科研单位办公室科学化管理的实践与思考——以福建省农业科学院为例

摘要

为了更好地履行农业科研单位办公室工作职责,结合工作中的有益实践,提出加强农业科研单位办公室科学化管理,需要增强参谋意识、效率意识、发展意识、管理意识和窗口意识等五个意识,并就办公室工作的特点提出一些见解.%In order to better perform the administration office work duties of agricultural scientific research institutions, combing with the beneficial practice of work, this paper emphasized to strengthen the scientific management of office of agricultural scientific research units, and to enhance five consciousness i.e., staff consciousness, efficiency consciousness, development consciousness, management consciousness and window awareness;and put forward some opinions on the characteristics of office work.
