优化农业科研单位办公室督办工作的对策探讨--以安徽省农业科学院为例

文章以安徽省农业科学院为例，阐述了农业科研单位办公室加强督办工作的重要意义及存在问题，提出了强化领导主体作用、突出督办工作重点、创新督办工作形式、加强工作落实跟进服务和发现问题及时整改等对策，以积极为农业科研单位各项事业发展营造良好氛围。%Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, significance and existing problems of supervise and handle works in offices of agricultural science institutions were elaborated in the paper. Countermeasures were put forward, such as strengthening subjective role of leaders, stressing on key works of supervise and handle work, innovating work ways, improving followed service, and finding problems to correct as soon as possible. These were for creating better atmosphere for developing every cause of agricultural science institutions.
