HPF 脱硫废液的处理方法

摘要

This paper describes different treatments for waste HPF desulfurizing liquid and analyzes operating cost and investment estimate for different HPF desulfurizing liquids and sulfur as well .The analysis shows that it costs very few but with big pollutants by blending the desulfurizing liquid with coking coal and that it costs a little bit more but not a sustainable investment in the long -run by ex-tracting salt from the desulfurizing liquid and thirdly it costs high but can be recycled into the coking process by acid-making which is achievable to a win-win situation in terms of economic benefit and environmental benefit .%介绍了脱硫废液的处理方法，并比较了不同工艺的HPF脱硫废液及硫磺处理的运行费用及投资估算，比较可知：脱硫废液回兑炼焦煤中的工艺投资极少，但对环境污染较大；脱硫废液提盐工艺投资相对较少，但投资前景较差；脱硫废液制酸工艺投资较大，但其产品可再用于焦化生产，具有较好的经济环保效益。
