目的 评价白内障手术治疗临床路径的实施效果及其应用价值.方法 制定并实施标准化的白内障手术治疗临床路径,分析并比较临床路径组(n=57)和对照组(n=57)白内障手术治疗的住院医疗费用、平均住院日以及治疗效果的变化.结果 与对照组相比,临床路径组检查费和手术费没有明显差异,而药物费、床位费和住院医疗总费用显著降低(P＜0.01)；平均住院天数从2天减少到1天.两组术眼视力在术后均得到明显改善,但差异无统计学意义.结论 白内障手术治疗临床路径对于降低住院医疗费用、缩短住院时间、加快床位周转和保证手术质量均具有明显作用.%Objective To evaluate the effect and the value of a clinical pathway for cataract surgical management. Methods A standard clinical pathway of cataract surgical management was established and put into practice. Then the changes of hospitalization expenses, average hospitalization days and treatment effects of surgery were analyzed between clinical pathway group (n = 57) and control group (n = 57). Results Compared with control group, hospitalization expenses in clinical pathway group were significantly reduced including the fee for drugs,room and board. While the fee for inspection and surgery was similar between the two groups. Average hospitalization days were shortened from 2 days to 1 day in clinical pathway group. The eyesight was similarly raised after the surgical management in the two groups. Conclusions A clinical pathway for cataract surgical management could obviously reduce hospitalization expenses,shorten average hospitalization days and ensure surgery quality.
