乳腺癌的精准医学研究

摘要

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women,and its incidence has increased in recent years in China.Evidence-based medicine has made great achievements in systemetic treatment of breast cancer,which laid the foundation for standardized treatment of breast cancer.Additionally,precision medicine provides more refined,individualized treatment for breast cancer patients.Breast cancer research in multiomic analysis,ctDNA,intratumour heterogeneity and interaction between tumor and microenvironment has broad prospects.%乳腺癌是最常见的女性恶性肿瘤,近年来在我国发病率逐年上升.循证医学在乳腺癌的综合治疗领域取得了丰硕成果,奠定了乳腺癌规范化治疗的基础.精准医学则为乳腺癌更加精细化、个体化的治疗提供了契机.多组学研究、ctDNA研究、肿瘤内部异质性研究和肿瘤与微环境交互作用的研究是乳腺癌精准治疗领域具有广阔前景的研究方向.
