产热脂肪对代谢性疾病的治疗潜能

摘要

Adipose tissue plays a critical role in regulating whole-body energy homeostasis.There are three types of adipose tissues in humans:white,brown and beige.Both beige and brown adipose burn lipid by dissipating energy in the form of heat and are uniformly referred to as thermogenic adipose tissue.In this review,we will summarize the recent findings in the activation of thermogenic adipose tissue and its therapeutic potential to counteract obesity and its related disorders.%脂肪组织对全身能量稳态的调节发挥重要作用.人体有3种脂肪组织:白色脂肪(white adipose tissue,WAT),棕色脂肪(brown adipose tissue,BAT)和米色脂肪(beige adipose tissue).棕色脂肪和米色脂肪通过产热消耗能量,二者并称为产热性脂肪组织.本文将对产热脂肪的调控加以介绍并讨论其对代谢性疾病的治疗潜能,同时也把本课题组在相关领域的贡献加以介绍.
