Cultivating college students' creativity is not only a key task in higher education reform, but also the foundation to successfully implement an innovation-driven development strategy in China. This study examines the relationships among innovation support, creative self-efficacy, and individual creative behavior, using survey data on 934 students in five colleges. The results indicate that students who were selected into honors program performed better on individual innovative behavior. Instrumental support affected individual innovative behavior slightly, while spiritual support and interpersonal support played a significant role in developing individual innovative behavior. Furthermore, creative self-efficacy significantly influenced individual innovation behavior, but the influence varied between students in the honors program and students in the regular programs.%培养大学生的创新创造力不仅是高等教育改革的重要任务,更是实现创新驱动发展的人才战略、建设创新型国家的重要基础. 本文即在此基础上展开,在实践调研的基础上,构建了创新支持、创新自我效能感和大学生创造行为的关系模型.通过面向五校进行调研,分析了934份有效问卷后发现:入选拔尖计划的学生在个人创新行为方面的表现更佳;工具性支持对个体创新行为的影响不显著;精神支持和人际支持对个体创新行为方面具有显著的影响;创新自我效能感在其中发挥了明显的中介作用.
