温度、体重、摄食和光照对白斑狗鱼幼鱼耗氧率的影响

         

摘要

对体重分别为0.8~1.0 g、14.0 ~16.5 g和340~400 g的3种规格白斑狗鱼(Esox lucius)在水温12、14、16、18、20、22、24、26℃下的耗氧率和窒息点进行了测定,同时测定了水温20℃时,摄食状态和光照周期对其耗氧率的影响.结果显示:白斑狗鱼的耗氧率与水温正相关,三种体重规格其关系式分别为y=0.0245X -0.0418(R2 =0.9878),Y=0.0177X-0.0394(R2=0.9935),Y=0.0034X+0.0246(R2=0.844);窒息点随着水温的升高呈逐渐升高的趋势,但在18~22℃时稳定在同一水平(P>0.05).耗氧率和窒息点与体重均呈负相关关系,其中耗氧率在水温12、20℃和26℃条件下与体重的关系式分别为y=0.267X-0.2154(R2=0.9471),y=0.5338X-0.2856(R2 =0.9123),Y=0.6567X-0.2574( R2=0.9229).摄食状态对白斑狗鱼耗氧率有显著性影响,其中在饱食状态下的耗氧率分别比饱食后24、48 h时高出9%、50%.光照周期显著改变了白斑狗鱼耗氧率的昼夜节律,无光照组耗氧率一直稳定在较低的水平;自然光照组的日均耗氧率显著高于夜均(P<0.05);全光照组的耗氧率显著高于无光照组(P<0.05),随着光照时间的延长,呈逐渐下降的趋势,其中试验结束前4h显著低于试验开始后8 h(P <0.05).%The effect of water temperature (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26 ℃ ), three different body weight (0. 8 ~ 1. 0 g, 14. 0~ 16. 5 g, 340 ~400 g) , feeding state and photoperiodson on the oxygen consumption rate and suffocation point of Esox lucius were studied. The results showed that oxygen consumption rate had positive correlation with water temperature , the correlation equation were Y = 0. 0245X- 0. 0418 (R2 = 0. 9878), Y = 0. 0177X - 0. 0394 (R2 = 0. 9935), Y = 0. 0034X + 0. 0246 (R2 = 0. 844) respectively. Suffocation point increased with water temperature increasing, but it was relatively stable when water temperature was 18 ~ 22 ℃. Oxygen consumption rate and suffocation point decreased with the increasing of body weight. The relationship between the oxygen consumption rate and body weight under water temperature of 12 ℃, 20 ℃ and 26℃ could be expressed as Y = 0. 267X-0.2154(R2 =0. 9471), Y = 0. 5338X-0.2856(R2 =0.9123), Y= 0. 6567X-0.2574(R2 =0.9229) respectively. The oxygen consumption rate was effected significantly by feeding state. The oxygen consumption rate of satiation was 1.09, 1.50 times higher than that of fasting 24, 48 h respectively. The diurnal rhythm of oxygen consumption rate was effected significantly by photoperiods, the average oxygen consumption rate in day was higher than at night under natural photoperiod. Oxygen consumption rate of fish in all light was significantly higher than gradually in all dark, and it decreased gradually with the prolong of photoperiod. Oxygen consumption at 4 h before the end of the experiment was significantly lower than that at 8 h after the beginning of the experiment.
