中频炉熔炼灰铁的工艺及质量控制浅论

         

摘要

According to the characteristics of medium frequency furnace melting grey cast iron and the characteristics of the electric furnace hot metal,this paper analyzed the influence of material selection,furnace charge ratio,chemical composition,carbon addition rate,melting temperature,inoculation and so on on the strength and properties of gray cast iron,expounded the medium frequency furnace melting technology, quality control and improvement,pointed out that the importance of the high purity molten iron to the high quality and high performance, which were helpful to improve the quality and performance of gray iron castings,reduce or eliminate the casting defects,and reduce the rejection rate.%针对中频炉熔炼灰铁的特点和电炉铁水的特性,分析了原材料选用、炉料配比、化学成分、增碳率、熔炼温度、孕育处理等对灰铁的强度和性能的影响,阐述了中频炉熔炼灰铁的工艺、质量控制及改进,指出高纯净度铁水对于确保灰铁铸件高质量和高性能的重要性,以达到提高灰铁铸件的质量和性能、减少或消除铸造缺陷、降低废品率的目的。
