为了控制塔式炉中的铝液成分稳定,本文采用光谱仪对熔化塔内的铝合金成分进行化学分析,采用金相显微镜对熔化塔内的铝合金进行了组织分析试验。试验结果表明,铝液连续产出时,塔式炉的结构和加料方式是造成保持室中Si含量和Ti含量不符合标准的2个主要因素。最后通过归纳总结,针对工艺提出了3种方法解决了此问题。%In order to control the stability of liquid aluminum components in tower furnace, spectrometer has been used for chemical analysis and metallurgical microscope has been used for organizational analysis of aluminum alloy in the melting tower. The analysis results show that, in the continuous production of aluminum liquid, tower furnace structure and feeding mode are the two main factors which cause the Si content and Ti content in the holding chamber does not meet the standard. By summarizing in ifnally, three methods have been proposed to solve the problem.
