New-typed industrialization is a developing model based on the traditional industrialization, and is the inevitable choice of developing countries development strategy of taking up. Based on the basic characteristics of new industrialization, the design connotation of the development of comprehensive evaluation system, according to the actual data, the paper excises assessment analyses of the development of new industrialization situation in recent years in China. The main conclusions are that: the whole China's new industrialization is steadily up-grading, but the technology direct input of the new-typed industrialization fluctuate, and resource utilizations and environmental improvements exist weakness.%新型工业化是在传统工业化基础上产生的新的发展模式,是发展中国家实现跨越式发展的必然选择.本文针对新型工业化的基本特征和应有内涵,构建了新型工业化进程的测评体系,并根据实际统计数据,对2005-2009年我国新型工业化的发展状况进行了测评分析.主要结论有:整体上我国新型工业化进程呈持续稳步上升的态势,但新型工业化进程中直接的技术投入存在波动,投入利用和推进举措存在削弱现象,新型工业化进程中资源利用和环境保护改善不足等.
