基于SEM模型的产品创新能力影响路径分析表明,由地区经济发展情况、科技意识、发展方式转变、成果转化、信息化水平等组成的科技与产业基础对区域产品创新能力形成较高的影响,而这种影响主要通过两个途径显现,一是直接影响,即为产品创新提供坚实的物质基础和产业能力基础；二是间接影响,即由于科技与产业基础雄厚,因此能够创造更好的科研条件,更加便于形成专利等科研成果,而科研条件的提高又能够吸引更多人才,进而人才的聚集有利于产品创新能力的提升.%This paper considers that the product innovation is not only a corporate responsibility, but a comprehensive reflection of the regional development level. From this perspective, it decomposes the factors of regional S&T progress, investigates the routes of S&T progress improving regional product innovation ability promotion, and builds the SEM model. The results show that the level of regional S&T and industrial development has a strong direct impact on the product innovation, the effect of research conditions and talents accumulation to product innovation is not significant.
