RD联盟应用TRIZ理论的并行创新模式研究

摘要

As an advanced innovation method, TRIZ theory helps to improve the innovation ability of R&D alliance. Based on the concurrent innovation characteristic and requirement of R&D alliance, this paper analyzes the main TRIZ theory applying problems in the innovation process of R&D alliance. The paper puts forward design idea of concurrent innovation pattern of R&D alliance applying TRIZ theory constructs the concurrent innovation pattern. It designs the single-center and multi-center concurrent innovation pattern of R&D alliance.
