高校协同创新中心的创新人才网络嵌入与绩效评价指标体系设计

摘要

本文基于创新人才的异质性需求特征和创新网络嵌入视角，剖析了高校协同创新中心的创新人才网络嵌入机理和作用机制，并从创新人才的创新网络结构、关系和认知嵌入维度，构建了协同创新中心规模和结构、协同机制体制、创新环境和文化氛围多维度的高校协同创新中心绩效评价指标体系，针对性提出高校协同创新中心网络建设的优化和完善措施，以期更好地发挥高校协同创新中心引领创新人才引进和集聚开发的战略导向作用。%Based on the heterogeneity demand characteristics of innovative talents and the perspective of embedding innovation net-work, the paper analyses the innovative talents network embeddedness mechanism and the mechanism of innovation talents of the uni-versities collaborative.From three dimensions of the innovation network structure embeddedness, relationships embeddedness, cognitive embeddedness, this paper builds a multiple dimensions collaborative innovation size and structure, institutional mechanism, network of relationships, innovation environment and cultural atmosphere as well as a performance evaluation index system to play a better role of collaborative innovation center strategic guide for the innovative talents introduction and agglomeration development.
