李果实发育过程中糖含量变化与糖代谢相关酶的关系

         

摘要

The'Longyuan'plum as the object of study ,using the spectrophotometer method ,changes of sugar content and sugar plums grown metabolism related enzyme content ,through analysis ,the correlation found :plum fruit invertase activity in early ,vigorous ,sucrose content was relatively low ,with the fruit growth ,en-zyme activity gradually down conversion ,increase of sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase ,sucrose content increased gradually .Analysis of correlation showed that ,the sucrose content and sucrose synthase and sucrose phosphate synthase activity showed significantly and positively correlation ,and a significant negative correlation with invertase activity .%以‘龙园蜜李’为研究对象,运用分光光度计法,研究李子生长过程中糖含量和糖代谢相关酶含量的变化,通过对其相关性分析,发现:李子在坐果初期,转化酶活性旺盛,蔗糖含量较低,随着果实生长发育,转化酶活性逐渐下降,蔗糖合成酶和蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性升高,蔗糖含量逐渐上升。相关性分析得出,蔗糖含量与蔗糖合成酶和蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性呈现极显著和显著正相关性,而与转化酶活性呈现显著负相关性。
