创意林业的理论基础与发展路径

     

摘要

Oriented by social needs,the creative forestry developed and upgraded forestry resource based on people's knowledge,emotion,experience,skill and imagination to raise added value.As an impor-tant embodiment of forest multi-function utilization and sustainable management concept,an inherent re-quirement for the integration between creative economy and forestry and a requirement for forestry trans -formation and upgrading,the creative forestry theory was mainly supported by value engineering and multi-functional forestry theory,spirit economy and market demand theory,smile curve and creative industry theory.The development of creative forestry should focus on cultivating creative talents,perfect the mar-ket risk sharing and intellectual property protection mechanisms, pay attention to ecology, culture, sci-ence and technology factors,create four types of experience,including escape,aesthetics,entertainment and education,conform to five demands including belonging, respect, self-realization and so on, as well as develop six programs such as cognitive experience in the forest,recuperation and sojourn near the forest,forest culture performance and so on.%创意林业以社会需求为导向,依托人们的知识、情感、经验、技能、想象力来推进林业资源开发创新和产品升级,提高附加值.它是森林多功能利用思想和林业可持续经营理念的重要体现,是创意经济与林业融合发展、林业转型升级的内在要求.创意林业的理论基础主要包括价值工程与多功能林业论、精神经济与市场需求理论、微笑曲线与创意产业理论.发展创意林业应注重培育创意人才,完善市场风险分担和知识产权保护两大机制,注重生态、文化、科技3个要素,创设逃避、审美、娱乐、教育4类体验,顺应归属、尊重、自我实现等5种需求,开发林中体验认知、近林康养旅居、森林文化展演等六大领域.
