近几年，我国房地产价格畸高不下，形成社会发展的困局。本文对我国高房价的构成进行了分析，并以此为基础，通过明确房地产业发展的目标，提出构建有利于科学发展的房地产税制的改革思路。%In recent years, the price of real estate in China is abnormally high, which has been a dilemma for the economic and social development in China. This paper makes an analysis on the composition of the high price of the real estate in China, and based on these, by confirming the targets of the development of real estate, it presents some ideas for constructing and promoting a scientific development of real estate tax system.
