随着社会各界对企业环境问题和可持续发展问题重视程度的不断提高,绿色人力资源管理应运而生。有关研究表明,企业通过实施有效的绿色人力资源管理措施可以减少自身的经营活动给环境带来的不利影响,从而提高自己的核心竞争力。本文在文献分析的基础上,讨论了绿色人力资源管理产生的过程、内涵以及相关理论基础,并在此基础上梳理了绿色人力资源管理相关实证研究框架,分析了绿色人力资源管理的前因变量和结果变量,以及如何实施绿色人力资源管理措施,最后对未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为后续研究提供参考。%More attention to firm environmental problems and sustainable development from the society is accompanied by green human resource management .Research indicates that the implementation of effective green human resource management practice by firms leads to the reduction in the adverse effects of business activities on the environment ,so as to improve firms’ core competitiveness .Based on a literature review ,this paper discusses the formation ,connotation and related theoretical basis of “green human resource management” . Then it sorts out related empirical research framework of green human resource manage‐ment ,and analyzes the variables as antecedents and outcomes of green human resource man‐agement and how to implement green human resource management measures .Finally it pro‐poses some advices on future research directions to provide reference for follow-up research .
