海南省旅游村镇建设融资问题研究

摘要

目前，海南省旅游村镇建设面临难得的发展机遇，但也存在着融资难问题。分析海南省旅游村镇建设面临的困难与机遇，提出加强基础设施建设，明晰产权，灵活扩展入股方式，政府支持建立多层次的信贷体系，充分利用政府的优惠政策等，以有效解决海南旅游村镇建设的融资难问题。%At present,the tourism towns and villages construction of Hainan Province is facing rare development opportunities, but there is also the financing difficulties.Based on the difficulties and opportunities,we propose to strengthen infrastructure, clear property rights,flexible expansion mode shares,the government should support the establishment of a multi-level credit system,take advantage of government incentives,etc,to effectively solve the difficult problems of financing.
