随着网络科技的不断发展以及货物运输条件的不断改善，越来越多的消费者开始在网上去购买食品。一些食品销售的商家在电子商务平台上发现了巨大的商机，纷纷在网上开设店铺，通过电子商务平台来销售自己的产品，从而获取高额的利润。然而，虽然网络食品销售给消费者们带来了极大的便利，可以让消费者足不出户就可以品尝到全国各地的美食。然而由于我国当前食品安全监管制度不够完善，特别是对网络销售食品安全监管这一方面，仍然存在着很多的问题，这就使得我国当前在对网络销售食品安全监管方面处于一定的困境之中。本文主要针对我国网络销售食品安全监管中的困境，以及出现困境的原因、解决困境的建议等问题进行了详细的分析和研究。%With the continuous development of network technology,and goods transport conditions continue to improve,more and more consumers begin to go online to buy food. Some food sales businesses found huge opportunity in e-commerce platform,have open a shop on the net,through e-commerce platform to sell their products,so as to obtain high profits. Although network food sales to consumers,however,has brought great convenience,can let the consumer never leave home can enjoy food from all over the country. However,due to the imperfection of the current food safety supervision system in China,especially for online sales of food safety supervision on the one hand,this still exist many problems,which makes our country current food safety regulation in the online sales in some trouble. In this article,the author mainly aimed at the difficulties of online sales of food safety supervision in our country,and the cause of the trouble,suggestion to solve the difficulties and other issues has carried on the detailed analysis and research.
