食品安全视角下的食品企业社会责任浅析

摘要

Food safety is the foremost social responsibility for food corporations. The food safety incidents which have occurred frequently in recent years,reflect the serious lack of social responsibility in food safety. Through introducing the social responsibility theory,these research analyses the affection and reasons for lack of social responsibility,and gives suggestions of promoting the social responsibility from different pespectives.%食品安全是食品企业的首要社会责任，近年来频发的食品安全事件表明我国食品企业在食品安全方面的社会责任严重缺失。本文通过介绍企业社会责任理论，分析了我国食品企业社会责任缺失影响和原因，并从食品企业、法律建设、政府和社会监管角度对其社会责任建设提出了建议。
