箱式气调贮藏对南果梨生理品质变化的影响

         

摘要

为研究箱式气调对南果梨贮藏期的影响,采用两种气调箱处理南果梨果实,定期测定果实贮藏期间品质生理指标变化。结果表明:箱式气调能调节贮藏期间南果梨果实气体成分,降低贮藏过程中果实多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性并推迟活性高峰,减少果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸的下降,降低果实固酸比,延缓果实失重、腐烂和果皮褐变现象的出现,显著降低果实失重率、腐烂率、果皮褐变指数和果柄干枯指数,气调箱透气孔数目2个贮藏效果好于3个。%In order to study the effect of modified atmosphere storage to Nanguo pear , two kinds of modified atmosphere placstic box were used and the changes about physiology and quality were measured regularly. The results showed that:the gas content can be changed, the PPO and POD activity can be declined and delayed, the firmness, the soluble solid, the total acid content and the solid acid ratio can be declined, the phenomenon of weight loss, rot and browning were delayed, the weight loss rate, the rot rate and the index of pericarp color and carpopodium stalk were declined evidently during storage. The atmosphere controlled case with 2 holes open was better than with 3 holes open.
