采用新疆库尔勒梨,绿梨水提取物对埃希氏大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌进行抑菌实验。结果表明:库尔勒梨水提取浓缩物对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌没有抑菌作用。绿梨水提取物均对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌没有抑菌作用,均没有出现抑菌圈,但对枯草芽孢杆菌有抑菌作用,对枯草芽孢杆菌最小抑菌浓度为50%(原液密度为1.23 g/mL),最小杀菌浓度为1/1的浓度(原液)。%In this paper, Xinjiang Korla Pear and Green pear extract on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus fungistasis.The results show: Korla Pear water extract concentrate had no inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia.Green pears water extract also had no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus,but it had antibacterial effects on Bacillus subtilis.Bacillus subtilis minimum inhibitory concentration of 50 %(Liquid density was about 1.23 g/mL), The minimum bactericidal concentration of bacteria concentration of 1/1 (stock solution).
