A novel method was established to determination of heavy metals by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with collision cell technology. Animal liver was digested by sealed high pressure diges-tion with HNO3-H2O2, 72Ge,115In, 209Bi and 45Sc were selected as the internal standard elements to overcome non-spectroscopic interference and helium was used as collision to eliminate mass spectroscopic interference. The results showed that the linear range of this method was good in detection of six kinds of heavy metals by in-ductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the elemental correlation coefficients over 0.999. The limits of detection for Pb, Tl, Cd, As, Cr, Ni were 1.55,0.05, 0.18,1.04,1.47,0.79μg/kg, respectively. The method was applied to analyze standard substances, giving results consistent with the certified values.%以动物肝脏为研究对象,建立碰撞反应池-电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析动物肝脏中重金属含量的方法。样品经HNO3-H2O2密闭高压消解后,以74Ge、115In、209Bi、45Sc为内标元素消除非质谱干扰,以氦气为碰撞反应气消除质谱干扰,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定了动物肝脏中重金属铅、铊、镉、砷、铬和镍。试验结果表明:电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测6种重金属元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999。铅、铊、镉、砷、铬、镍的检出限分别为1.55、0.05、0.18、1.04、1.47、0.79μg/kg。方法用于分析标准物质,结果与标示值相符。
