响应面法优化枳椇子三萜类化合物提取条件研究

摘要

为优化枳椇子三萜类化合物的提取工艺,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法优化枳椇子三萜类化合物的提取条件,依据回归分析确定三萜类化合物提取率的影响因子.求得最佳水浴回流提取条件为:液料比59 mL/g,乙醇浓度62％,水浴温度69℃,水浴时间183 min,枳椇子三萜类化合物含量为3.582 g/100 g,试验结果表明,响应面法对枳椇子三萜类化合物的提取条件优化合理可行,为提高枳椇子中三萜类化合物的提取率提供了理论依据.%In order to improve the extraction process of triterpenoids in Hovenia dulicis Thunb, on the basis of single factor experiment, the extraction conditions of Hovenia dulicis Thunb triterpenoids were optimized by response surface methodology (RSM). The impact factors of Hovenia dulcis Thunb triterpenoids extraction rate were determined by regression analysis. The optimum water bath reflux extraction condition is obtained:liquid material ratio 59 mL/g, ethanol concentration 62％,bath temperature 69℃, bath time 183 min. The content of triterpenoids in Hovenia dulcis Thunb was 3.582 g/100 g. The results showed that the extraction conditions of triterpenoids from Hovenia dulcis Thunb were optimized and reasonable, which provided the theoretical basis for improving the extraction rate of triterpenoids in Hovenia dulcis Thunb.
