葛根螺旋藻复合片功效成分测定和稳定性研究

         

摘要

目的:根据有关标准测定葛根螺旋藻复合片蛋白质、总黄酮、类胡萝卜素等功效成分含量,并进行产品功效成分和卫生学指标稳定性试验,为下步申报保健食品奠定基础.方法:功效成分测定:蛋白质采用GB/T500g.5-2003;类胡萝卜素采用GB/T5009.83-2003;总黄酮采用《保健食品检验与技术规范》相应方法测定.稳定性试验:将3批样品置于40±2℃、相对湿度75%,存放1、2、3月分别测定各项指标,并与起始数据比较.结果:加速试验测的数据基本不变.结论:产品有效期可暂定2年.%[Objective] According to the relevant standard, functional component of puerarin spirulina composite such as chips, protein, flavonoids, carotenoids was determinated. The product components and hygiene indexes stability test was carry out to lay the foundation for declaring health food the next step. [Method! Efficacy test: protein components in GB /T5009.5- 2003; Carotenoids: GB/T5009.83-2003; the general flavonet used to setting-out flavonoids. Stability test: put 3 samples under 40 ± 2X2 , the relative humidity storage 75% for 1, 2, 3 months and various indexes were compared with the initial data. [Result] The acceleration test data was unchanged basically. [Conclusion] The validity of the produce can be 2 years.
