DEGS毛细管色谱柱的研制及其在食用植物油鉴别中的应用

         

摘要

采用静态法研制DEGS交联毛细管色谱柱,研究其分离性能,并建立一种测定食用植物油中各种脂肪酸的组成与含量的方法,进而应用于食用植物油掺假的鉴别中.结果表明,最佳测定条件为最高温度250℃,线速度11~13 cm/s.此法与填充柱法测定脂肪酸比较,测定的脂肪酸种类更多,出峰时间更快,油酸和硬脂酸分离度更高.%DEGS cross-linked capillary column was prepared successfully using static method and studied the separation performance.A method was established for determining the composition of edible vegetable oils and fatty acid content, various fatty acids in oil composition and content, and then applied to identify adulteration of edible oil.The results showed that the optimum conditions were which the supreme temperature 250 ℃, line speed 11 ~ 13 cm/s.Comparing the packed column determination of fatty acids, the method can measured more fatty acid, and has fewer peak time and higher resolution of oleic acid and stearic acid.
