大孔树脂分离纯化五味子醇甲的研究

摘要

分别用4种不同型号的大孔吸附树脂对五味子醇甲的吸附与解析的性质进行研究.结果表明,AB-8型树脂对五味子醇甲具有很好的吸附和解析能力,确定其工艺参数为上样浓度0.07 mg/mL,上样流速为1.5 mL/min,静态吸附时间为4 h,解析流速为0.75 mL/min,解析用量为80 mL.%Four different of Macfofeticulaf Resin were used to study the Schisandrin's sorption and resolution character.Results show that: AB-8 resin have good Adsorption and analytical ability, determined the processing parameters: feed concentration is 0.07 mg/mL, flow rate is 1.5 mL/min, Static adsorption time is 4 h, Analytic velocity is 0.75 mL/min, Analytic dosage is 80 mL.
