To design poultry bone fragments of the image acquisition control system , select programmable logic controllers (PLC) as the control panel. Movement by stepper motor driven conveyor belt to achieve the reciprocating motion of the tray, the laser's CCD camera and X-ray camerasis triggered during exercise, achieved meat bone fragments image acquisition. According to the experimental requirements,the system design four operating modes, automatic cycle operation can be realized, the system is operating normally after commissioning to improve the automation of the experiment, Laser Image resolution up to 2mm, X-ray image resolution of up to 1 mm.%对内碎骨图像采集控制系统进行设计,选用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为控制核心,通过步进电动机带动传送带运动,实现托盘的往复运动,运动过程中触发激光CCD相机及X射线相机,实现内碎骨图像采集.按照试验需求系统设计了4种运行模式,可实现自动循环运行,系统经过调试运行正常.系统对图像成像分辨率进行了试验分析,激光图像分辨率可达2 mm,X射线图像分辨率可达1 mm.
