The paper reviews the research progress in the prevention of resistant Starch on obesity abroad and internal, tries to analyze how resistant starch affect postprandial satiety and blood-fat, introduces the mechanism of these affections, reveals resistant starch has functions to prevent obesity, provides the theoretical foundation to resistant starch application, weight-loss in good health and enriches the database of this field.
