The influence of the determination of the composition of liquor characteristic components by gas chromatography, such as the gas chromatography column, solvent, sampling methods, quantitative methods and other aspects, was analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the stationary phase of the gas chromatography column Significantly influenced the sequence of the characteristic components at the chromatogram, and improper selection of the gas chromatography column would cause the errors of the quantitative a-nalysis results. The solvent would make peak order change, and then lead to qualitatively incorrect, or maybe introduce some interference component. Sample volume and the split ratio mainly affecting the chromatographic separation. Different quantitative methods may have great influence on the quantitative results. In the process of a-nalysis, according to the liquor testing project and objective, 60% ethanol ( HPLC pure ) aqueous as solvent, suitable chromatography column, optimized chromatographic conditions and quantitative method should be adopted to reduce errors and provide more accurate data.%从色谱柱、溶剂、进样方式、定量方法等方面对白酒特征成分测定的影响进行分析和探讨.结果表明,色谱柱固定相对白酒特征成分出峰顺序有显著影响,选择不当将影响定量分析结果.溶剂可能使出峰顺序发生改变,影响定性的准确性,及引入干扰成分,引起定量误差.进样量及分流比主要影响色谱分离效果,从而引起定量误差.不同的定量方法可能对定量结果有较大影响.在分析过程中,要根据白酒的检测项目和目的,采用60%乙醇(色谱纯)水溶液为溶剂、选择合适的色谱柱、优化色谱条件、选择合适的定量方法,降低测定误差,提高分析结果的准确性.
