The influence factors of syrup color value in the sucrose clarification section could be solved by grey relational analysis. The relational degrees of syrup color value and preliminary grey pH, preliminary grey valve position, a carbon pH, a carbon valve position, two carbon pH, two carbon valve position, clear juice pH, clear juice valve position, syrup pH, syrup valve position, a clear color value, two clear color value, clear juice color value, sugarcane juice flow, a carbon add ash content, and the two clear muddy degree were figured out ,which was to know the order of their influencing syrup color value . The results show that the relational degree of two carbon pH and syrup color value is biggest while the minimum correlation factor with syrup color value is clear juice valve position.%利用灰色关联分析,可以解决蔗糖澄清工段糖浆色值影响因素的分析问题.通过计算预灰pH、预灰阀位、一碳pH、一碳阀位、二碳pH、二碳阀位、清汁pH、清汁阀位、糖浆pH、糖浆阀位、一清色值、二清色值、清汁色值、蔗汁流量、一碳加灰量、二清浊度与糖浆色值的关联度,了解这些因素对糖浆色值的影响主次.结果表明,一清色值与糖浆色值的关联度最大,而与糖浆色值关联度最小的因素是清汁阀位.
