葛根综合利用与超声辅助提取葛根异黄酮工艺的研究

         

摘要

将葛根分离淀粉后的残渣用于提取葛根异黄酮,实现了原料的综合利用以及溶剂和能源的节省;并通过单因素、正交实验研究得到了超声辅助提取葛根残渣中异黄酮的最佳条件:浸提温度为60℃,溶剂为60%(V/V)乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶18,浸提时间为30min,超声功率100W,超声频率40KHz.该条件下进行一次提取,异黄酮提取率为88.3%,粗提物得率为8.4%,其异黄酮纯度为10.7%.%After separating starch from pueraria, the residue was used for extraction of pueraria isoflavones and realized the raw material comprehensive utilization as well as the resolver and energy saving. By single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum conditions for ultrasonic assisted extraction was established as following: the starch was removed before the extract, the temperature was 60℃, the solvent was 60%(V/V) ethanol, the material-solvent ratio was 1:18, the reaction time was 30min, the ultrasonic power was 100W and the ultrasonic frequency was 40KHz. The pueraria isoflavones extraction ratio and yield ratio were 88.3% and 8.4% respectively for the first time and the purity reached 10.7%.
