本文针对采用氧化还原法测定食用加碘盐中总碘时常出现较大的正偏差问题，通过大量的实验和方法原理的探讨，提出了改进方法，改进后的方法提高了结果的准确性和重复性。从实验结果可看到：本方法相对标准偏差（RSD）0.71%，回收率为98.3-105.5%。%This paper uses oxidation determination of edible often total iodine in the iodized salt is deviation larger reduction method, through the discussion of the principle of experiment method and large, proposed the improvement method, the improved method to improve the accuracy and repeatability.
