突出职业能力培养的《微生物学及检验》教学改革与实践

             

摘要

For the students major in food quality and safety, Microbiology and Inspection is one of the most impor-tant specialized basic courses. In order to improve the teaching quality and effectively cultivate the studentsˊ practice and innovation ability, the experience of practicing several teaching methods in the teaching process have been shared. The results indicated that the combination of the selected teaching methods can significantly improve the in-terest of students, and enhance mutual understanding of knowledge, accordingly cultivate studentsˊ active learning a-bility and the ability of using theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems.This can provide some reference for the reform of related courses.%微生物学及检验是食品质量与安全专业一门重要的专业基础课,为提高教学质量,有效培养学生的实践及创新能力,论文分享了在该课程教学过程中综合运用多种教学方法,提高学生学习兴趣,加深对所学知识的理解,培养学生的主动学习能力及运用理论知识解决实际问题的能力,培养具有创新意识和实践创新能力的应用型人才的经验,这可以为相关课程的改革提供一定的参考.
